Womb & Fertility Massage Therapy™ is a nourishing blend of modalities that aims to bring harmony and balance to the Reproductive, Digestive & Sacral areas. On a much deeper level, this unique therapy re-awakens and re-connects women to their bodies, especially their womb.

It is a deep yet gentle, non-invasive abdominal-sacral therapy that focuses on improving circulation to the abdominal organs, with an aim to improve blood, nerve and lymph flow. It helps to nurture individuals through their fertility or health journey, offering one of the most important benefits; to relax and release tension and emotions trapped within.
Why Focus on The Abdomen?
Our abdominal cavity is serviced by the same neural pathways, connecting the organs, muscles and connective tissue of the reproductive and digestive systems along with the lower back muscles; if one organ or muscle is misaligned, blocked or damaged by scar tissue – all the others will be disrupted, and can, in turn, send the whole body into disarray.


It is important to note that 80% of our immune system lives within our digestive tract, so our immunity, digestion and fertility/menstrual health are all closely linked. Therefore it is important to massage and treat the whole torso area, aiming to achieve homeostasis.

What to Expect During Womb & Fertility Massage Therapy
You are able to receive Womb & Fertility Massage Therapy™ throughout your cycle, with adjustments, changing and flowing, as you do!
Initial Consultation
Upon booking your Initial consultation, you will be asked to complete & submit a comprehensive consultation form prior to your appointment.

We will discuss your fertility and/or health journey, which will then be followed by a full 90-minute Massage Treatment.
​
All treatments start with Tibetan Bells or a singing bowl cleanse…this clears the energy, and lets you know that the massage will start. It’s time to allow the stress and worries of the day to be left outside of the massage space.
​
Treatments start with you receiving the lumbar, sacral and gluteal massage. We are mostly comfortable with receiving back massages, and by starting here, you will have time to relax, slow down and become accustomed to my energy and touch.
​
When massaging your abdomen, you will be receiving touch from your pubic bone up to your rib-cage, and will include a beautiful blend of oil techniques, pulsing, rebozo, and guided mindfulness. You will be nurtured, nourished and held in a safe place to allow you to release deep seated emotions that may be blocking your energy.

After your treatment, you will receive follow up support and resources such as information on castor oil packs and lifestyle advice.
Follow Up Consultation
Follow Up Consultations start with a chat about how you are feeling and how you've been getting on since we last spoke.
​
The follow up session follows the same structure as the initial consultation (details above), however it is slightly shorter at 75-minutes in length.
​
After your follow-up, you will receive further support and resources if required.
