Who is Nutritional Therapy for?
Nutritional therapy is for any woman who experiences menstrual difficulties and seeks a natural and holistic approach to improving their menstrual health and overall well-being.
Whether you've been dealing with debilitating cramps for years or simply want to optimise your menstrual cycle, nutritional therapy can provide personalised support to address your unique needs.

Are you struggling with any of the following?

-
Severe Period Pain: If your monthly cycles are accompanied by intense cramping, back pain, nausea, or other discomforts, nutritional therapy can help alleviate these symptoms and improve your quality of life.

-
Hormonal Imbalances: Irregular periods, mood swings, acne, and other symptoms of hormonal imbalance can often be traced back to dietary and lifestyle factors. Nutritional therapy can help rebalance your hormones naturally, restoring harmony to your menstrual cycle.

-
Menstrual Irregularities: Whether your periods are too heavy, too light, or irregular, nutritional therapy can help regulate your menstrual cycle and promote healthy hormonal function.

-
Underlying Health Conditions: Conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and thyroid disorders can all impact menstrual health. Nutritional therapy can complement conventional medical treatments and address underlying imbalances that contribute to these conditions.

The Process
Want to know more about what it’s like to work with me?
Every single client is assessed differently and has a bespoke, personalised program, but here is an overview of my process and what you might expect.
1
FULL MEDICAL HISTORY
Prior to your first appointment, you go through the process of detailing your health and life history through completing a set of comprehensive forms. Everything matters. Your family, trauma, previous test results, where you’ve lived, what you’ve already tried. I also want to see any previous test results, previous protocols, diets and strategies. Everything helps to gain an understanding of the footprints in the sand that have led you to where you are today.
We then spend 90 minutes diving into every detail of your life. I’m going to ask you to tell me your WHOLE story, from your mothers pregnancy with you, through to present day and we’re going to walk through your timeline together to discover and connect the dots between all of the layers that have added together to lead to your current situation.
2
FUNCTIONAL TESTING
No two people’s pain is the same, even if their diagnosis is identical. Recognising that everyone’s body, biochemistry and history is unique, is an important part of creating an intervention that really works.
I work with the person with the condition, not just the condition itself.
In order to better understand what is happening at the root of the symptoms or disease, I often use investigative or functional testing. Some of the tests are the same as those used conventionally in mainstream medicine, although I may consider them a little differently (read my blog post on Functional Vs. Normal), and some are only available privately at an additional cost.
Examples of tests that I commonly work with include genetic, hormone, and microbiome testing.
Testing is not required for us to work together.
3
IMPLEMENTATION
Once we have a roadmap for working forwards, then we dive in to do the work! I will walk you through the step-by-step implementation of your interventions and hold your hand the entire way. You and I will always work together as a team.
Over the course of our work together, we will cover the areas of Nutrition, Lifestyle, Mindset, Movement, and Supplements.
Each session we will assess your progress, and build on the positive changes, enabling an informed and empowered way forward towards your goals.
Any test results will feed into the big picture and provide us with a deeper level of understanding about you, your biochemistry, and can enable a more targeted direction for your intervention and support.
Your Nutritional Therapy Package can help to get your health back on track, allowing you to feel secure enough to take things forward on your own. However, further appointments are often requested by clients, and I am always happy to support you for as long as is needed.
Emma
"My health; physical, emotional and mental has benefitted beyond words as has that of my relationships and my family. It’s been a transformational process and one I’m so grateful for."
Jo
"I am no longer in pain. It's not just my body, but my mental health has improved massively. You have honestly changed my life Molly and I couldn't be happier."
Hannah
"I've had the least painful period I have ever had! I no longer struggle with bloating and I have so much more energy throughout the day. Working with Molly was a life-changing process."
Choose Your Programme
I offer three programmes. Rather than one-off sessions, I have found that a programme of consultations is the most effective way to monitor your progress.
