Paediatric Nutritional Therapy

Whether your child has a diagnosis

or struggles with low confidence or mood...

Nutritional Therapy may be able to help.

There are three pillars of Nutritional Therapy:

1. Supplements

2. Nutrition

3. Lifestyle

Each pillar is of equal importance, and it is in their coming together that we can achieve the best outcomes.

The changes have been incredible. This is the most balanced diet she has ever had. There has been a huge shift and difference in mindset since she's been through the programme. There has been no stopping her with what she has wanted to try. It was as if her gut was responding positively. Overall, this has been life changing.

From the boy they started with to now, he is so different. There has been a huge improvement; it’s been really eye opening to see how the deficiencies and imbalances have affected his behaviour. We feel well on track with his goals! We have already recommended you to multiple friends who have been going through similar struggles with their teenage boys.

Anonymous, 12 yo boy

He is doing much better in school and general life. Nutritional Therapy has been a really positive experience, professional, and we’ve enjoyed the journey. We’ve seen the improvements with our son and are so glad we did it!

The Process

Want to know more about what it’s like to work with me?

Every single client is assessed differently and has a bespoke, personalised program, but here is an overview of my process and what you might expect.

FULL MEDICAL HISTORY

Prior to your first appointment, you go through the process of detailing your child's health history through completing a comprehensive questionnaire. Everything matters. Your family history, where you’ve lived, what you’ve already tried. Everything helps to gain an understanding of the footprints in the sand that have led you to where you are today.

We then spend 60 minutes in the Initial Assessment, discussing your child, their symptoms, traits, and what you hope to achieve with Nutritional Therapy. I’m going to ask you to tell me your WHOLE story, from your pregnancy, through to present day and we’re going to walk through your timeline together to discover and connect the dots between all of the layers that have added together to lead to where we are today.

2

FUNCTIONAL TESTING

No two people’s condition is the same, even if the diagnosis is identical. Recognising that everyone’s body, biochemistry and history is unique, is an important part of creating an intervention that really works.

In order to better understand your child's unique biochemical imbalances, I recommend functional testing. Some of the tests are the same as those used conventionally in mainstream medicine, although I may consider them a little differently (read my blog post on Functional Vs. Normal), and some are only available privately at an additional cost.

Testing is not required for us to work together.

3

IMPLEMENTATION

Once we have a roadmap for working forwards, then we dive in to do the work! I will walk you through the step-by-step implementation of your interventions and hold your hand the entire way. You and I will always work together as a team to support your child.

Depending on your child's age, they are welcome to be involved in this process and attend sessions, it is completely up to you whether you think they would benefit from this.

Each session we will assess progress, and build on the positive changes.

Your Nutritional Therapy Package can help to get your health back on track, allowing you to feel secure enough to take things forward on your own. However, further appointments are often requested by clients, and I am always happy to support you for as long as is needed.

“It has been a life changing process, we are so grateful to you Molly, thank you!”
